Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://aeelectricvallejo.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. AE Electric reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Electrician, Residential Electrician, Commercial Electrician, Industrial Electrician, Circuit Breaker Repair, Wiring Installation, Lighting Installation, Service Upgrade Electrician provided by AE Electric. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://aeelectricvallejo.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AE Electric or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. AE Electric reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. AE Electric makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, AE Electric's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AE Electric from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. AE Electric may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
